Free Trials and Pilots

• LCOE.ai may modify, limit, or terminate a trial at any time

• No service levels, uptime commitments, or warranties apply during free trials

Subscriptions, Fees, and Term

Fees, billing terms, service scope, and subscription length are governed by the applicable order form or subscription agreement.

Website access alone does not grant access to paid features.

Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. You grant LCOE.ai a limited right to process, analyze, and transform data solely to:

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services:

• For violation of these Terms

• To comply with legal obligations

• As otherwise permitted under an applicable agreement

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms
